We sometimes require around 3-5 business days to process and pack each order with care if the items ship from our warehouse(regardless of shipping method) and shipping requires on average an additional 3-5 business days, so you can expect to receive your Carhartt clothing 7-9 business days after placing your order. (During the busy holiday season, please understand that these times may be longer.)
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. All APO/FPO shipments will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with FedEx Cross Border to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to FedEx Cross Border Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, FedEx will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the FedEx Global Distribution Facility where they will process your order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process. We also offer free domestic shipping via UPS Ground for any order over $150.00, just use select UPS Ground at checkout.
Online Ordering with In-Store Pickup
If you live near one of our local Carhartt clothing retail locations in Colorado, you may find it convenient to order your Carhartt apparel online and then pick it up in person. Generally, your order will be ready within 3-5 business days of placing your order online. You will be notified by email when your item is ready for pickup. There will be no shipping costs.
Tracking Your Carhartt Clothing On Its Way To You
The Workwear Store keeps you informed every step of the way. When you place your order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation containing your invoice by email right away.
Once your order status is in process, that means we are in the process of sourcing your items, we also call this pick-and-pack. When your order is shipped, we'll email you the tracking information, so you can click to view shipping progress. You can also log into your account with us to view your order status at any time.
